Waterman Agricultural and Natural Resources Laboratory has 28 acres of woodlot, two streams, and three wetlands that provide ample space for research and teaching. Research includes honeysuckle research, native pawpaw studies, insect observations, and more.
Popular classes utilizing ecological space include stream morphology and ecological engineering, as well as unique programs like wildlife assessments and medical wilderness training. The ecological systems provide a connection between the agricultural, environmental, and natural resources offered at Waterman.
