Waterman Agricultural and Natural Resources Laboratory is home to 261 acres of agricultural land with features and facilities to support teaching, research, and outreach for CFAES. Spaces include:

- The future Education and Innovation Center
- Horticulture and specialty crop plots
- Kunz-Brundige Franklin County Extension Building

All these spaces contribute to CFAES and Ohio State's mission as a land-grant university and will be a valuable resource for years to come.
